The Background

The foundation behind both practices was built running complex multi-regional operating environments across the Southern California corridor — from Los Angeles and Orange County through the Inland Empire to San Diego and the 

US-Mexico border region — with direct executive responsibility for revenue, operations, and financial performance

across multiple simultaneous divisions.

Managing multi-division operation teams, capital project execution, vendor management, and direct ownership reporting across a client base that included planned unit developments, commercial properties, government facilities, multi-family 

assets, and industrial operations — including work with the Port of Long Beach — required the kind of organizational

discipline and cross-market awareness that most professionals in any field never develop.

That foundation drives both practices — different mandates, one standard.
